Norco Heating and Air Conditioning

Through the years, I've used Norco on 4 or 5 occassions. I have always been pleased.
November of 2017, I had Norco out to replace the motor in my furnace.
The technician seemed very knowledgeable.
When the tech was packing up to leave, he mentioned that he "turned down the flame on my furnace". And he leaves.
Furnace kicks on, and it runs, and it runs, and it runs, but it doesn't heat my 3000 sq ft home. It use to.
So I had him back out. Told him turn up my furnace. He didn't put the flame back where it was. I don't what he did.
He had attitude, I believe for having to return. In which, he gave me an a attitude. Tech leaves, furnace still doesn't heat my house.
So I go back to heating my house with my free standing gas stove.
So Spring and Summer comes along. I forget about my furnace.
I just kicked my furnace on for the first time this season. And guess what. It runs, and runs, and it runs. It took 1 1/2 hours to bring my house up from 71 degrees to 72 degrees.
I'm disappointed in Norco. They've lost there touch.

Unwilling to do a very small custom job without charging for a full price job. I guess we're all desperate and just saying ok to their costs. So, they can charge whatever they want and they know it. Kinda low to take advantage of people like this. I wonder how many elderly people get gouged this way?

They fixed my air conditioner this Summer after a 100 degree weekend, and serviced my furnace prior to selling the home. They show up on time and get the job done right. I will always call Norco for my HVAC needs.

By far the best price I found on replacing a 10+ year old heat pump, they also got out same day and got it done. Super good techs, a friendly front office and a sales staff that listened - thank you Norco!

Our AC went out during the hottest week of the year. Matthew came out in the evening hours and was able to get it fixed in no time at all! Our experience was excellent, very knowledgeable and professional service.

My furnace died New Years weekend; single digit temps. I called Sunday noon, Matt was there in a few hours, diagnosed the problem, confirmed they had the replacement part in their supply. Matt returned the next morning with the part, installed it with zero problems. (I have alternate heat sources, so there was no true emergency that called for a same day repair.) Everything was done in the time it usually takes to schedule an onsite repair. I couldn't ask for better service.

Jesse needs a big raise!! A wonderful employee and I hope you value him as much as I do. He has been to my house twice, is young enough to be my grandson, and is very professional. He quickly assessed my problem and fixed it. I always want Jesse to come to my house! Please put that on my account information.

Their drivers are a danger to the public. I reported one to the police. His truck's photo is on here unless Norco deleted it.
In all fairness as for the company, I'm sure they do a great job.
