After dealing with dryer issues for over a month and 5 other companies we finally found StarDucts. From the moment I scheduled my appt I knew his service would be the best. He was on time (actually earlier than his service window), very knowledgeable in his work and excellent communication. Our dryer is on the second floor and vents out the roof which other companies had issues dealing with. Moving forward we will always work with StarDucts and HIGHLY recommend!

Simon was extremely professional and found and issue with the way our duct was set up which we would’ve never found without him. He throughly explained what needed to happen, gave an honest quote and took pictures of his work for us to see. He was very clean and didn’t leave a mess which was a huge bonus! Simon did a great job cleaning the air ducts at our new house! When we moved in the vents were pretty dirty and dusty. After the service w/ StarDucts, I can already see the difference. Go ahead and end your google search right here - Simon is the best. Star Ducts was the fifth company I called and going forward it’ll be the only. He showed up early to the two-hour arrival window (which never happens) and was prepared and professional. When I called his schedule was booked two weeks out but he somehow fit us in. Our new dryer was refusing to run, showing an error code of 90% blockage. I was uncertain if anyone would be able to reach the 4th story vent without a truck ($$$). Simon showed up, figured out which vent was correct as we apparently have two, cleaned it out and showed me how to replace the vent cover. Good as new! Feels so nice to cross this off my house repair checklist.
