Simon gave the most professional service imaginable. He responded back within minutes of my request for a quote and scheduled me for the very same weekend - on a Sunday! His communication was professional and prompt. His process was very easy and smooth. He provided me an exact appointment time and texted and called to let me know he was on his way. When he got here, he helped me locate the vent (on the roof which I did not know). He had given me a thorough quote so I knew exactly how much extra I would have to pay for roof access. He completed the job thoroughly but still quickly. All the while, he gave me an explanation for what was going on and why he was doing what he did. I now know so much more about dryers and vents. Great experience! We were able to schedule service within a week of when I called. The house has an old set of ducts not connected to the current system and I appreciated him taking the time to check exactly which returns were active and providing a transparent quote.
