He examined everything, changed the air filter, disposed of the old one, and thoroughly cleaned the area while being pleasant and effective. Never showed up to my set appointment and didn’t bother to call me and let me know they couldn’t make it out for the set appointment. Very unprofessional I had to call them to find out where they were and if they were still coming to look at my ac not working properly. Don’t waste your time with a company who doesn’t even show up or call customers to reschedule.

Their technician failed to show up during the appointment window. I had to call two times to get someone to reschedule to the next morning. The tech failed AGAIN to show up during the window. We had no communication from Phase about their tech being late or not being able to come. Completely unprofessional service from Phase; look elsewhere for AC service.
