These guys just finished an install of a new ductless heating and AC for me. They did an excellent job that is very clean and efficient. My old system died on me and these guys were able to get this all taken care of quickly. We have heard good things about them and definitely picked the right team for this job.

The guy was nice and very helpful always kept informed of what he was doing. Now my ac will not work have no idea why

The technician came out, performed service on my unit but it failed immediately. The technician billed be ZERO for the day. However, the office contradicted the technician and billed for the failed job.
They installed a new equipment but charged
I am going to arbitration. more hours than the technician billed.

So happy we went with Total Energy Management for our AC repair needs. The technician Adrian was here before scheduled time and very proficient in his quality of workmanship. He had what he needed, on hand, to have our AC up and running again, in no time, during this 100°+ weather! Thank you for your superior quality and work. We will, from now on, call Total Energy Management for all our HVAC needs!

Shawn was awesome, I told him I wanted a bit of a tutorial as he was conducting the annual heating service and he gladly showed me what he was doing step by step. He was professional and confident in his abilities and he worked efficiently to take the time he said it would to complete the job. With winters around us getting colder I’m confident my system stays up and running. Shawn is clearly an asset to Total Energy Management. I also have to give props to Mike DePeel at TEM, 5 years ago, Mike designed the three zone carrier infinity series for this home and I’ve never been happier with it. Thank you!

The entire team that worked on my air conditioning system were fantastic, all very polite and accommodating to our situation. After suffering a few days in 90+ degrees with a broken system,
they were able to replace my compressor and coil in one visit and get my house livable again!

I have contracted with Total Energy for several years and I am very pleased with their service. Recently my heat pump failed and my home was very cold. I contacted Total Energy and a service rep was here promptly. He recommended an appointment with Steve Crowder Total Energy’s Consultant. Steve explained the work and payment options. He gave me sound advice and directed me to the City of Richland for loan options.

The work crew was very nice and polite. The worked inside my home for full day and left everything clean and neat.

Steve took time to explain how to use the thermostat and downloaded the Infinity Link on my computer
He has checked back to make sure all is well.
