Arlen and his team were able to come out to my house and diagnose an thermostat problem that I’ve been trying to fix in my house for years. They were able to identify the problem and remedy the issue within an hour or so of being at the house and I was back to normal operation! Now my gas bill actually makes sense! They installed a commercial mutable unit heat pump at the Walla Walla national armory 1.5 years ago while installing they ran sheet metal screws into the refrigerant lines ands left several refrigerant access fittings and nuts loose. It lasted the 1 year but now it's all our problem. Don't use this company unless you are willing to be on your own after you but it. They were the lowest bidder on a State contract!

Our family has been using TEM for years, two different houses, two different systems, two times a year and we have always been happy. The servicemen come in on time, do their job well and even offer advice that can save me few bucks!. All the people from office (everyone seems to forget that) to the service people are real pros. We switched to TEM after the energy company that was referred to us when we first moved to the tri-cities kept finding something "wrong" that needed an additional couple of hundred dollars in repair. No such worries with TEM.

The Service Technician was sensitive to our need for him to wear a mask while working inside. We are so tired of Covid 19. Thank you for a job well done.
