Very caring. Our fan on our furnace went out. They had to order the fan. We were having a cold snap and they called us because they were concerned about how we were doing. When the fan came in they were very timely on getting us on the schedule.

TEM did a great job servicing our ground source heat pump. Angel arrived on time, was professional and thorough, and answered all my questions.

I started using TEM’s services because they support Junior Achievement (by donating a 1-year service program.). I’ve continued with them due to professional service, including bending over backwards to correct any mistakes.

The technician performed the first seasonal check on my HVAC unit. The thermostat had been “going dark” intermittently and he figured out that it was an overheating issue causing it to shut off and not a thermostat problem. I appreciate his determination to troubleshoot the issue and not just assume it was the stat, which saved me some money!
