Ac went out 2 days ago on a home we just bought 3 weeks ago. Called the home warranty company and had a work order placed last night. They chose the company and gave me the contact info but said I would hear from the service tech within 24 hours. Well after the house got to 90 degrees over the night I decided to call at 8 am to see how early I could get an appointment. Spoke with Lucas and he said he could be out between 11 and 12 today. He arrived on time and had the problem resolved in just a few minutes. He was also willing to answer questions about the unit and explain how things worked within the unit. Will absolutely call him in the future if we need any more ac work done.

They initially showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner 2 or 3 days. But why the F ratings you ask? On the final day of installation one of his "as needed" guys fell through our ceiling not a boot or a small hole but our entire ceiling now needs replacement. " I missed the beam" he said.. My initial reaction was one of fury and an explitive laced tirade. Not my best moment. I'll admit. Myself and my wife had said if need be put down something to walk on while in the attic. They chose to ignore that suggestion. Lucas remained oblivious to the incident untill I brought it to his attention. Fast forward 6 weeks to mid May when its started to heat up. After finally getting a franken-fix for the hole in the ceiling while waiting for the restoration we attemt to turn on the AC. But the compressor unit wouldn't activate. We called him up thinking he would stand by his work. And make things right. We were so very wrong. After no returned calls to me or my wife. The family member who recommended him to us contacted him. He claimed he had the wrong numbers...and set up through them an appointment that he didnt show up to. I left my number each time I called as did my wife. He will answer if its a number he doesnt know. But otherwise its sent to voicemail. We are now out another $380 because we couldnt wait any longer for it to be fixed he chose to not stand by his work and take care of this issue in a timely manner.dispite giving him multiple opportunities. I would not recommend this company.

We still have not reached a resolution and have begun legal procedings against Mr. Rau and his company.

I just had my AC system looked at by Lucas, I didn't have any issues. My expectations aren't very high, I just need the job done. He was great, explained what he was looking for. I don't see any reason to not use these guys in the future.

After watching the Today show and other news stories on heating and air cond. repairmen I was prepared to be lied to and or ripped off, however Jim from your company was honest, professional and very helpful, fixed everything, told me my unit was in great shape and charged only 230.00. You guys are the best, best, best.
