We hired Rainier Heating & Cooling to help us finalize the install of our ductless heat system. Mike promptly provided us with a fair estimate, and got us on the schedule. On the morning of our install, Ryan and Aaron showed up right on time, reviewed the scope of work, and set to work efficiently and effectively. Shortly after lunch time the work was completed, and we were enjoying our new heat system! Our invoice was very fair for the work. Found Rainier Heating and Cooling LLC through a neighborhood social media group and Mike came highly recommended. From the first call to set up an estimate to replace our gas furnace and add air conditioning he was attentive to our needs. He set up a meeting within a two days that accommodated our schedule and had tons of information for us to make sure we got the system we wanted. He emailed us within an hour of leaving with multiple estimates and was super prompt in replying to our additional emails with questions. The day of installation everyone showed up as scheduled and they immediately got to work. Everyone on our job site was professional and respectful towards us and our home. I took advantgage of the Tacoma Public Utilities 0% Deferred Loan to get a new heating system in my home. I contacted Mike for this since he was one of the contractors they had on their list. Glad I did! Mike was punctual to all of our appointments and the process was amazing. His team came in and installed everything in my home quickly and correctly. Came back out couple days later to inspect the work done and show us how to use it best. Thanks Mike! I had Mike come out and give me an estimate for a new furnace 2 weeks ago. He came back with a great price and furnace was installed last week. I used Rainier Heating and Cooling for a gas furnace installation. They were quick to come out, competitively priced, and had good communication. I would rely on them again.

I had a 3-zone ductless heat pump installed in my house. Mike and his crew did a great job on the installation. The outside lines are clean and unobstrusive. They consulted with me to make sure the inside units were placed where I wanted them and where they would be most efficient. They cleaned everything up completely. Finally, after everything was installed, they took the time to show me the operation of the units. All of this was at a great price. I highly recommend Rainier Heating.

***AMAZING SERVICE*** We had THE BEST experience! Thomas was our tech and he was so knowledgeable. He took the time to show us and explain everything and answered all the questions we had (we asked a ton of questions). We had some other companies come look at our system and Rainer Heating and Cooling was by far the most professional and honest.
