Rainier Heating & Cooling

We had our gas furnace and heat pump replaced by Rainier Heating and Cooling. There was a minor issue with ducting that had to be addressed after the install that was quickly resolved. I appreciated their dedication to getting everything right, and that they didn't expect payment until we were satisfied. All in all, an excellent experience, highly recommended.

110% Satisfied! I interviewed 6 companies to install AC and a high efficiency furnace. I grilled all of them hard after doing tons of research. Then I chose Rainier. Why? Because Steve Taylor, HVAC Consultant, came to my house and gave me honest answers and the right advice. No upsell pushes, just exactly what I needed. No fluffy “I’m here for your comfort” sales pitch. He gave me the confidence to move forward with Rainier because I could tell he was a man of integrity and he proved it by always beings easy to reach to address all of my concerns. Nate Linderkamp, Install Manager, came out to let me know how the install would go and what to expect. He too made me confident I was going to get a quality job done. He supervised the install to perfection. Rainier wanted 50% down, but after my experience with Steve and Nate, I paid if full before the install. I was that confident. The crew came out and installed everything in one day. They trained me on how to set the thermostat for heat and AC and I’ve been enjoying a quality system since then. They made sure I got a $700 rebate by giving me exactly what PSE required. Thank you, Rainier, you made this 70 year-old guy a very happy customer!

Friendly and prompt. Brandon looked at the thermostat and the unit and knew just what he needed to do. The unit was not configured correctly so rewired the system and ran the A/C. It is all working great with nice cool air. Thank you Rainier Heating and Cooling. Nice to have an immediate response and solution in the middle of 80-90 deg temperatures.

Ranier installed a new hvac to replace our 15 year old plus heat pump. Steve was great at communicating & will answer your questions . The install guys were quick and professional. Loving my new heat pump! My electric bill has also lowered since I got a higher efficiency heat pump. Ty!

I have had a great experience with Rainier Heating and Cooling. From the online quote request to talking with Mike and working with Steve on the quotes. Steve provided me quotes on 3 different systems by the end of the same day we met. The quotes were very detailed and pricing and any rebates were made very clear unlike quotes I received from other companies. Steve answered all the question I had. I went with the Bosch heat pump and air handler and they had me scheduled for the install is less that a week. The install crew did a great job removing the old system and installing the new and had the new system running by the end of the day. The system ran flawlessly through the cold weather we had in November and December. I waited until after the holidays to talked to them about a few minor issues. They promptly came out and took care of them. If you are looking for a new system or repair or maintenance of and existing one, Rainier Heating and Cooling are the ones to call. You won't be disappointed. I highly recommend them. They are truly down to earth and care about their customers.

Fantastic experience working with Rainier Heating & Cooling. Initial contact and until job completion with Steve was great, everything you'd expect from someone who is customer facing: punctual, respectful, communicative, etc.

Installers were also very professional, came on time, explained what they were going to be doing and where they would be working, finished up within the estimated time frame and cleaned up after themselves as well. Would work with them again in the future for any HVAC needs.

This is the 2nd time I chose Rainier. They did a great job for us a couple of years ago with a different house & we were so pleased we didn’t hesitate to use them again. The guys cleaned up after themselves like they were never here. They explained everything well & answered all our questions. They’re friendly, professional & they got it done much quicker than we expected.

Everyone I came in contact with from this company was excellent. Steve answered all my questions about what type of equipment to get. The techs who did the install gave me a great tutorial. They troubleshooted a tricky wiring situation expertly. The owner himself even came out afterwards when my system wasn’t keeping my place warm enough to troubleshoot. We got it all figured out and I love my new furnace with heat pump!
