Rainier Heating & Cooling

This is the second home that I've had heating and A/C systems installed. Steve, Mike and their crews were very responsive in designing and installing the systems. I would not hesitate to recommend Rainier Heating and Cooling as an outstanding company for your heating and A/C needs.

Out of all the bids we received for our heating and cooling needs Rainier bested them all. From the first interaction with the office, to meeting and discussing options with Steve and the install crew showing up on time and doing a very professional job, made us really pleased with our decision. Steve was very attentive and flexible in trying to recommend the best solution for our home as well as trying to work to match or do better than the other bids we received where the company could.
The install crew was awesome in getting the work done cleanly and safely, they were considerate of our home and needs with little ones & dog running around. And at the end coaching me on how this new system will run and how to operate it. Both Steve and install crew were awesome and accommodating in answering any questions that I had throughout the process.

Thomas was awsome thanks again I know mine was a diy but you made the wife feel better because of the once over on the unit . And not on the price the 99 was well worth the service call thank you . Last one from another competitor was 280 bucks for the once over . I didn't tell them I installed it . All thy had to say was who ever installed it did a great . Job see I didn't know the unit went in to defrost. And once you shut it off it take 10 min for the heat to charge up again . Thank you again

I had a great experience with rainier heating and cooling. Their estimator Steve was very down to earth. I had two other companies come out for a quote and Steve was the least salesmen like and just the most down to earth which I liked. I had a short time line for getting a new furnace installed prior to listing the home for sale and Rainier worked with my schedule by splitting up some crews to ensure my project would get done prior to the house coming on the market. These guys were great.

We had a fantastic experience with Rainier. We had another company come out to check why our heat pump was not working. After a quick look at the system, we were essentially told that the cost of diagnosis and repair was high enough that it made more sense to have our heat pump replaced. We called Rainier for a second bid and opinion. One of their estimators, Steve, came out to give us a bid, went through the options with us, and ultimately took the time to bring their technician out to better diagnose the issue. As a result, we paid for a simple repair and are back up and running at minimal expense. We were very impressed with the honesty and quick service from Steve and Rainier. We will certainly use them again in the future, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We Had a an issue with our furnace, the company name Steady Air installed it and wouldn’t do warranty work on it, we called Rainer heating and cooling, they found the issue and fixed it!! Special thanks to Brandon Ruiz for being professional and finding the problem and fixing it!!!! Recommend them 100%

Brandon was efficient - knowledgeable and friendly. System is repaired and working great for a reasonable price. Will use for other rental homes.

To make it simple these guys are pros. I had another company come in and dig 2 and a half hours, couldn't find the problem, the tech from rainier came in, found and fixed the issue in 20 minutes.

Brandon seemed very knowledgeable. It was the battery which he replaced. He also put in a new filter for me. I would call them again.

I couldn't be more pleased with the decision to have Mike and his team at Rainier H & C install my heat pump, air handler and stat., and you would be doing yourself a disservice by not including them for any HVAC bids or services.
I think what separates Rainier from everyone else is the communication. Knowing very little about heat pumps, I had many questions before and after signing the contract. All the way up to day of the installation, either Mike or Steve always got back to me promptly and always took the time to make sure my questions were answered. I have no doubt that the value they place on customer service will continue to be exemplary for future maintenance or service calls.
