My call was schedule 1.5 week ago. I got call today mentioning existing customers are preferred over new customers who already have scheduled call. Lady over the phone was rude and had bad attitude towards new customer as if she does not care whether she has new customers or no.
Bad customer service and Bad customer management.
If I can give zero stars I would.
