The home office is high tech so you are notified of who is coming to your home and when they will arrive. And the team who do the service clean up after themselves. GIve them a try!

The tech came out and serviced my water softener that Acton Heating And Cooling installed a few years ago. He was professional and friendly and got the job done. Everything seems to be working great but if anything changes I know exactly who to call. Fast, friendly and always helpful. They installed and took care of our AC, furnace, water heater and water softener! Great company to deal with!!!

Called Acton Heating And Cooling on a Friday night when my AC started acting up. The technician was there the next morning. Diagnosed problem quickly, needed to replace a part which he had on his truck we were up and running very quickly. His work was impeccable and he was very informative. A good company to use and a reasonable rate. I would definitely recommend them.

I was motivated to choose this company for a regular furnace check because of the excellent reviews by other people. My experience so far speaks otherwise. This is a company with a terrible service. After trying for two weeks and multiple calls, my appointment had been delayed without any notice or apology. I was told that a manager would call me momentarily and nobody calls ever. It's like they don't want my business. It wasted my time in cleaning and preparing for the check that never comes.

It has been a while since we had our HVAC serviced. We called Acton Heating And Cooling because of my neighbors recommendation. Ann received our call. She was very friendly and polite during the call. She was able to schedule for the maintenance service to be the next day. Their technician came at the stated time and were very professional servicing our HVAC system. We were very pleased with the service and plan on using Acton Heating And Cooling again.

They responded to my call instantly, they had someone at my house the same day, and the technician, Joe was great. He speedily located the issue and had it resolved within 45 minutes. I would recommend them highly. Hopefully I won't need them again soon, but I would use them if needed.

Beware if you live in the Mill Creek, Washington area. This is not a local company even though they show a local address. They were unable to give me a valid Washington contractors license number and refused to give me a properly itemized invoice for work they had done for me.
