Professional service! Charles was able to come out to my house almost immediately for an AC situation I had and resolved the issue quickly. Not only is he responsive and reliable but he is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions and concerns I had relating to my unit, with complete thoroughness and friendliness! Mark and his crew came out to my house yesterday to install a new furnace and air conditioner. They arrived on time, took excellent care of my property, and completed the installation quickly. Mark even went above and beyond to assist me in setting up my thermostat. I would definitely use these guys again, and I am looking forward to having them do my bi-annual maintenance in the future.

Word to the wise....this company charges $300/hour for work (which they don't tell you up front), on top of a $259 service call! The guy showed up four days late, then charged me $670 to install a $52 part. They use independent contractors; the people who show up to do the work are not employees of the company. I have a lot of businesses in the area and I will not be using them again.

I hired the Acton Heating And Cooling team to replace my HVAC system and install a tankless water heater. Mark came out and took the time to go over everything with me. For similar equipment and service, the quote was $5000 less than the competition. Mark was accommodating to my hectic schedule. On install day, Brian and Kevin came out and worked their tails off to get the install done. Brian and Elmer were super cool, friendly with the toddlers and were obviously putting 100% into their work. Thanks dudes.
