Our air conditioner was giving me problems. Outside, the temperature was well into the 90s. George came out and assessed the situation, then explained it to me. George and Tyson came out the next day to repair some items on my air conditioner and service my furnace. Even though it was very hot in my home and outside where the work had to be done, they were courteous, professional, and never lost their sense of humor. We consider ourselves fortunate that they were assigned to us. I have faith in them and am confident in their abilities. It had been a positive experience.

Absolutely outstanding work. The repairman was on time and did a good job. It was a lot of work, but he stayed until the job was done. They were easy to schedule appointments with. He was able to come out the next day to look at the problem. He ordered the part I needed right away. I didn't have to wait forever for my issue to get fixed.

Called at 6 am and had a return call by 7 am, and the tech was at the door by 8:15 am. Knowledgeable, efficient, fair in pricing and even gave me a discount I didn’t know about. Didn’t try to sell me anything.

I had a warranty issue that was not taken care of by the company I bought the unit from. I called a few places and got no response until I called Air-Flo. They came out the same day, fixed my unit, and were very professional. They also did not try to sell me things that I did not need!
