Would 100% recommend working with Green Bear! They were so fast and responsive and got someone out to my condo the next day. My fireplace needed to pretty much be replaced and Justin was very helpful and speedy.

Shawn and team have provided a great experience each of the three times I've had them out. They're also the only place I've come across to maintain gas fireplaces.

I appreciate them talking through what they're doing so I could learn about my new systems. When the hvac acted up a couple months after they were out for maintenance, he came back and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue free of charge within 90 days of the original service.

This two-man operation is the best; although busy, they were able to fit me into their schedule to fix my fireplace. I was expecting to have to replace all the parts to the tune of $800 - $1000, but Scott was able to get it running for $250, which included the appointment fee. I will definitely call Sean and Scott again when I need the next tune up. Super nice guys.
