Had a great technician come and help us out. Replaced an old water heater with a new up to date one that meets code now. Serviced our gas fireplace and now it's awesome. Also helped with doing gas in the kitchen. Now we have a wonderful new range

Bill and his crew were awesome. From the first phone call, to the estimate, to the final day. WSB was professional, punctual and extremely proficient. One of the best things about WSB was the ability to communicate directly with Bill or Jason whether it was by text or call. I will be using WSB in the future and definitely recommending them to anyone.

I initially called and talked to Lars, who took my name and telephone number and said Bill will call me. Bill called me shortly after, and we made a time to see our drafty wood insert fireplace. He arrived on time with information about a gas insert fireplace. He took multiple measurements of the current fireplace, inside and outside. He said his technicians could do the job and he would e-mail us the costs. We then had 4 or 5 other businesses evaluate our home and none of them thought the job could be done without removing the bricks and tearing down the current fireplace. They asked us to call them when that was completed. One of the businesses had replaced the identical fireplace in our neighbors house. Of course, we called Bill and said lets go ahead. Jason and Mike arrived on time, and did the job within one day. They brought drop downs to protect the flooring and keep the flooring clean, plus they wore shoe coverings within our home. Tearing out the old wood burning insert was a major job and during the complete procedure the techs remained up beat, polite and in good cheer. Bill and Jason have been to our home since the gas insert was installed initially to demonstrate how to use the fireplace and then later because when I changed the batteries, I pressed the wrong setting. Again the cheery helpful goodwill persisted. I can not say enough good about WSB. Our entire family love the fireplace and we wonder why we waited so long to have it installed. An added surprise was the new installation stopped the cold draft that was previously ever present. I have referred tradespersons to WSB.

I've had WSB out two years in a row for standard maintenance and inspection. Their employees are highly professional, and courteous. They pay attention to detail, and leave everything neat and tidy.

Quick and efficient. I really appreciated Bill's approach to coming up with a solution for us and our water heater. The men who did the repair did it quickly and efficiently. I'd for sure call them again.

Fabulous and very responsive. Called and made an appointment. Got a call the service tech was near by and can he come over early. Showed up and knew the problem. Said he needed parts and it could be up to two days. A day and half later system was up and running. Very professional and on time. What more can you ask for.
