Excellent Service and Competitive Pricing

I used WSB HVAC to install a new heat pump and air handler last summer. They provided me with 3 quotes for 3 tiers of product, and I found their pricing to be just as competitive as some of the larger companies I also got quotes from. Prior to installation they helped me understand the differences between various systems and answered a lot of questions I had before spending thousands of dollars. All were answered quickly and professionally. The installation was absolute top notch. The two gentlemen arrived a few minutes early, installed both components, hauled away the old equipment, and cleaned everything up in less than 8 hours. They did a great job of explaining the new system, and it has been working perfectly for the last 8 months or so. Not sure I could ask for a better experience.

Many thanks to WSB. I am another HVAC contractor up north and had a customer of another one of my company's that had a furnace fail a week before we were scheduled to replace it. There was no way I was able to get one of my tech's down to that area being nearly 2 hours away, so I tried to find a local company that could stop by and take a look. So glad I found WSB. The lady I spoke with on the phone (I believe her name was Susie?) was personable and friendly and to my surprise said she had a tech that was in the area and could stop by that evening. The tech arrived, quickly found the problem and got them heat. I spoke with my customer and he said they did a great job, were friendly and efficient and he was very happy, which makes me very happy! Glad to have found a reputable company down south (to me) that I can refer to customer's that are outside of our service area. Thanks again!

Bill with WSB quoted a tankless water heater for us. His attitude and knowledge were impressive and the quote the best. The crew came out the next day, removed the water tank and installed the new one in 5 hours. Cleaned up and left with no issues. Top notch outfit. Thanks WSB.

Wanted to add an update: I had WSB put in an AC unit too and had the same good experience. This company’s eye towards quality and customer service at a good price isn’t just a one off, it is the way they do things.

Great, trustworthy service done by professionals. I called them for emergency heater service last year. They did such a great job that I called them back for routine maintenance appointments and will continue to use them for all HVAC needs.

We always use WSB for these types of services. They have done a number of projects for us in the past and we will continue to use their services in the future. The local guys are always very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, mindful of being careful on someone else's property, and willing and able to answer all questions patiently.

WSB was awesome. I needed them to service my furnace which hadn’t been serviced in 8 years and relocate my outdoor condensing unit. I thought they were just showing up to provide a quote but did the work same day at about 2/3 of the cost I was expecting. I don’t think my system has run so efficiently since it was installed.

First I'd like to say that our project was not very large. That being said, there are many contractors that only want the "big fish".

WSB accepted our job and were courteous and professional through every phase of our project. After working in commercial construction most of my life I can quickly tell what kind of contractor I'm dealing with. WSB, Bill and his team just get it!

The tech called ahead to confirm our appointment and was on time and very respectful of our home and property.

The quoted price was definitely fair, and was the same price that was on the invoice. No funny business.

Would I call them again? In a heartbeat. Would I refer them to friends or family? Yes (and I did).

I needed to have a combination microwave oven/range hood installed above our stove. The work crew arrived on time and were able to mount the appliance, run the electrical, and create a vent that ran through the upper cabinets, ceiling and all the way to the roof in about 4 hours. They made it look so easy. I was very impressed with the level of quality and the care they brought to the job. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
