Our hot water heater started to fail so we got quotes from 4 places and WSB was the friendliest, most affordable, and responsive of them all. Bill is great and we felt safe that they would take care of us if anything went wrong. Highly recommend.

Requested price break down to understand parts cost and labor cost. Apparently WSM will not provide parts and labor cost reguardless if you request it. I have never been denied a break down of cost either as a customer or contractor.

WSB installed a new gas line for a new stove and installed an outdoor venting fan/duct. They did great work. The price may not be the cheapest, but the work if very well done. So, it is worth it, IMO.

The owner worked with me to find a package closer to my price point and spent considerable time answering questions. We wanted to replace the window air conditioning units with central air which will be awesome. What won't work and required me to install portable units in the bedrooms is to stay cool at night. We never have our heat over 65 degrees and we like night to be down about 62. What wasn't shared with me is the fact that I am unable to run the system to keep the house at 62 degrees and in fact they wanted to lock the thermostat at 68. I learned the expensive way that although this system will help during the hot days it won't operate like I understood. The install team was incredible and did outstanding work being here on time, being professional and doing an awesome job with the installation. Overall I would recommend this company to others. We had air conditioning added to our heating system and a hot water heater replaced.

I’ve used WSB for years. They installed my system initially and have maintained it annually. This time, my heat pump fan motor wore out. The appointment was made painlessly and the issue was diagnosed and resolved quickly. Double bonus points for their strict adherence to COVID protocols.

Our heater stopped working on a very cold Saturday morning. We requested emergency service and Mike called me back promptly. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and sent Dylan over to replace the thermostat. Very efficient operation. Dylan was very friendly and helpful. Excellent experience.
