Had a problem with my heater, called a different company & they misdiagnosed it to the tune of $5000, wanted a second opinion so I called Randy. He came out right away & diagnosed a bad capacitor, he had one in his truck, changed it out and it works great...$250 instead of $5000!!! He was friendly, knowledgeable, & has integrity. Highly recommend him & will use him again!

Randy is the man. He is honest and more than happy to answer any questions. He knew a lot about the trade and it was evident that he cared about doing a great job. My unit wasn't blowing cold air and I've had 3 different companies come look at. They all diagnosed a leak in the system right off the bat. Noone bothered to check the indoor unit but Randy's. Turned out, there was a blockage at the thermal expansion valve due to freezing (probably not wording it right). The other companies wanted to charge me an arm and a leg...one of them even said I had to replace my entire unit including the water heater. Randy's ordered the part, replaced it, and now we are comfortable in this scorching hot weather. Thanks Randy's crew for not bamboozling your customers.

Overall an awesome experience as a new home owner. First service we did on our furnace as owners and Elijah and his partner did good, professional and quality work. I enjoyed the fact they wore shoe covers in the house and always kept me up to date. Elijah also mentioned a we would need to replace a flame sensor during our next service and even brought it to me and explained its purpose in the furnace. The only reason for a 4/5 stars is due to them running behind and having to rearrange child care pick up, and some soot that was not cleaned out towards the bottom of the furnace cover. Would highly recommend Randy’s Heating to friends and family.

I cannot recommend Randy's Heating enough. Randy was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, responsive and professional. I have worked with other heating places in the past but Randy's Heating is my go to now.

What a nightmare I have for you. Not sure what kind of reputation he wants but it's not a good one from us. We bought a new house with a broken furnace. Randy's was called and "maintenance" was done. Everyone was under the assumption it was fixed. Moving day came and we go to turn the heater up and it isn't heating. We think its because we are moving suff in and the doors are open so we set it and go to dinner. We return to find a house 40 degrees and misserably cold. It was never fixed in the first place and totally screwed over us and the seller of the house who told us it was move in ready. We called him to try to get this fixed and he told us to "just kick it". No Randy, we are not going to kick our broken furnace that you should have fixed in November the first time you were called out. Good job buddy. You ruined christmas.

Randy was great. He was able to come next day, was on time for appointment, very friendly, customer focused. From quick diagnostics, could not find anything wrong and did not charge for the 15 min visit!! Highly recommend for HVAC svc needs

Awesome service! My furnace was busted and we were without heat for 5 days. Randy showed up and got that thing running in no time! Explained what he was doing and had his supplies on hand. No waiting and excellent service! Thanks, Randy!!

I contacted Randy through Nest Pro support and within minutes he gave me a call. He knew by looking at a picture of my nest wiring how it should be connected. Very impressed with his knowledge!
