    Tuesday my AC had stopped working. Its been in the 80s the last few days. My landlord had reached out to worleys and they gave me a call. They didnt have any type of emergency service, and the best they could do was come the next day between 11-2. I have 2 babies at home, so that didn't work for me. I explained to Laurie the situation and the best she could do was still the following day. Being frustrated I hung up. We ended up getting a different company to come out and they were at my house and had the ac up and working within two hours from the time I called. Today i just so happened to check my voicemail. Laurie had called me back and left a voicemail still trying to set up an appointment for the following day. Laurie then proceeded to make fun of my situation after thinking she hung up. She started talking to someone else at the company saying " i had a customer who said she had two kids and she was stressed tf out and BLAH BLAH BLAH" as if my babies being without air when it was warm outside wasn't important, and clearly a joke. Laurie clearly has no customer service training! I called back today after hearing the voicemail and asked to speak to a manager and guess who answers? Laurie! She continued to tell me no one wad available, when I'm sure was because she knew she messed up once i let her no I still have the voicemail. Unprofessional. Rude. Inconsiderate. I wish I could attach the voicemail to this review. I would like to someone from management within this company but with Laurie being the one who answers the phone I'm sure that will never happen, so hopefully one of you will see this review. You clearly need someone else providing customer service, or maybe worleys doesn't care about customers, people, or kids.

    Our experience was outstanding! Arrived on time, analyze the situation and fixed the problem at a timely manner. He was friendly and professional. The price was reasonable and affordable.

    I got to meet Jason R. When he came to work on an electrical issue in my laundry room. He figured out the problem and provided a solution that we were both comfortable with. Will call them in the future just from that interaction alone. I feel like I received more value for my money based on his experience and input.

    I called Worley’s this morning and they were out here that afternoon to put coolant in my AC. I will schedule an appt. in a few weeks to find the leak… I’m so glad we have AC again! Great company, even better customer service!

    Worley Home Services is by far the best and most reliable company I’ve ever dealt with. With that, their technician Lamont is easily one of the best in the business. He has come out for maintenance checks, trouble shooting, and to make repairs on my very old system. He is always extremely friendly and very professional. It’s obvious that he has a lot of experience and knows what he’s doing. I’ve owned many houses and have dealt with many HVAC professionals over the years and Lamont is in a class by himself.

    Only complaint I have is that the technician arrived in the morning instead of the planned afternoon time. However, this turned out to be a positive since we were without water with the hot water pipe having burst on Christmas E
    ve. Noah, the technician, suggested switching to a different pipe material that had better characteristics with cold weather than the original cpvc. He had the repair done quickly and the bill total was very acceptable. Definitely recommend Worley's Home Services.

    700 dollar repair 2 month wait, then 2 month later tried to rip my wife off for 90 more dollars. they didn't fix the problem in the first place. go with a more reputable company

    We had a fire in our disconnect box, for the air handler of our HVAC. Worley's came out to repair the issue and looked over the entire system for potential problems. The technician Hunter found our noisy unit was low on refrigerant. He topped off the system to the correct level. I was very involved in the service, he answered every question I had, and put our minds at ease. I am very particular who enters my home, I signed up for Worleys to maintain my system yearly. I am also very pleased with how personable the office staff were on the phone. Highly Impressed!
