I appreciate the foot coverings. Very friendly tech, and helpful with tips to avoid future problems. Fixed incorrectly wired float switch and removed clog in drain line. Added clean out to drain line so I can handle the same situation if it occurs again.

Definitely using Worley again for any electrical issues. Josh showed up on time, was professional, and swiftly fixed my issue. He was also able to quickly provide a quote to install a light fixture and knocked it out on the spot!

My boyfriend contracted Worley's to install our hot water heater after ours gave out the day before Thanksgiving 2022. We were given the option to purchase the heater on our own or they could provide it. We decided to purchase our own. Unbeknownst to us, we purchased a top ventilating water heater but the current one installed was a side ventilating heater. When Worley's came, they completed the job and left. My boyfriend received a message from Worley's about a week later saying they needed to come back immediately. During the Q&A process, they realized that the unit had been improperly ventilated and said they would have to fix it (Bravo to the Q&A team for catching it). They said it would be an additional $800 to come and ventilate it properly. This upset me very much. I asked them why it would be an additional cost and he said that the team that installed it apparently didn't know what they were looking at and should have stopped the job immediately. Then he tried to tell me that it was theirs and our faults because we purchased the water heater and they installed it improperly to which I responded I am not a qualified plumber and they should have known what they were looking at before they put their hands on it. I called around to other places to see if they could correct the mistake because I did not want to pay Worley's another red cent. I was then made aware of what it means when a water heater is improperly ventilated and was told that this was very unethical and bad practice. Unfortunately, because I was requesting immediate repair, their schedules could not accommodate and I just let Worley's fix their mess up. If they had sent qualified contractors to work on my unit and knew what they were doing, I wouldn't have been so bothered. But to come out, put your hands on something that you have no clue about and then try to place blame on me as a customer was not ok!!

Worley's Home Services are all AWESOME!!! I recently purchased a house built in 1974. Floors were cold and ventilation flow was less than desirable. I got numerous price quotes and talked to many different companies. Worley's was by far the most honest and reasonable of them all and I couldn't be happier with their work. Over the course of two weeks I had my crawlspace encapsulated, some leaking plumbing drain lines replaced in my crawlspace which were original to the house, all of my HVAC ducting professionally designed and replaced, and because I was so happy with all of their work, I decided to use them (Worley's) to replace my dated breaker box. Every aspect of every job was professional and performed in a very timely manner. Everyone who came to my house for the different projects were respectful, professional, and always on time. Worley's changed out my vent and encapsulated my crawlspace. The workmanship is top notch and they are a very professional company that communicates well and is very responsive. I am very pleased with this investment in my home and feel that overall the value of this work is outstanding. Any questions or issues I had were quickly resolved. I highly recommend this company for your crawlspace / HVAC needs.

I am happy with the service tech, hunter, he did a great job and was informative. However; I got a quote from them, hunter wrote the quote, and two other companies to replace the heat pump system. They were the highest for the same system, not by a little bit, but by 40% more. To me that is insane.

Had a few communication hiccups with originally scheduling me for HVAC services when I needed plumbing work. Also some miscommunication about where parts were being shipped. Technician was awesome. Located the source of the leak and fixed the problem.
