Noah is very professional. This is the second time he has helped us out with our home. Super friendly, gets to work right away and completes the job in a great way!

Mike welsh did an excellent job in correcting the plumbing problems. Outstanding work! He corrected and replaced pipes that had been problems for years.

Had a busted pipe in the garage, and the technician had to re-engineer the mess someone else had done (non plumber). It wasn't easy, because the water was still frozen in the pipe. I am very impressed with their professionalism. I could tell the technician wanted to tell me what he thought of the mess that was there, but he just kept working on it until it was fixed. This place should be your first and only choice for plumbing, electrical and heating. They truly care about your problem and it appears they love their job. Chose these people, they truly care.

I had Worley's Home Services install a new HVAC system in my house a year ago (major renovation after house purchase resulted in this delayed review) in addition to a new electrical panel. We went from an electric unit with baseboard heating to a gas combo unit. They also moved all duct work to the crawl space from the attic space. We are very pleased with their work and are still happy with it one year later. Thanks Chuck Worley and Chase Worley! I would recommend this company to anyone needing work done at their house!

    I'M ONLY GOING WITH WORLEY'S!
HVAC Service: Supposedly a new HVAC system was installed when I purchased the house 5+yrs ago, yet I've had to have it checked every year since = 5 Other companies. Some part would blow & need to be replaced. Plus, it never pushed air through the house w/ much force. When Worley's came, they found that the entire unit was underpowered & the air intake motor (the replaced part) was incompatible with the unit which is why it kept dying every year. So they brought the electrical to the unit up to code and, by time they finished, my HVAC was PUMPING 10x the Air for the 1st time!! All they guys were very professional & communicated each step, so I had no doubts to what was happening next. Thank you SO MUCH Guys!

Plumbing Service: After the HVAC, I utilized their plumbing service for the kitchen sink. Even though it clearly had new pipes, it kept disconnecting & causing random leaks. After having 3 other "Master plumbers" "fix" it, Worley's replaced all the pipes & I haven't had a leak since. It feels good to not have to worry!

Water heater's heating element malfunctioned causing an arc, which necessitated installation of a new heater after only 2 years since last installation. Mike Welsh did a great job, was knowledgeable, encouraging, factual, honest, & displayed a good sense of humor. Although I am disappointed with the labor cost, the problem was solved.

Daniel was very thorough & professional. He diagnosed the problem that was misdiagnosed by another provider & he fixed the issue & saved us money in the process. I highly recommend Worley’s!!!

Called Worley’s out to fix the hot water heater. They said the gas control valve was bad and need to be replaced. He spent 45min out in his van trying to find the part. He said the company is no longer in his news and he couldn’t find the part. They gave us a $3500 quote to replace the Apollo Hydroheat system. I spent 10 minutes on the phone with the first place I called and found 5 replacements and had it in my hand 15min it’s later.

I called them back to replace the valve. They came and installed the valve and left. Then we started to smell gas. The tech didn’t tighten the outlet of the gas valve and they had to return for a third time.

After spending $500 the problem persisted. We are still left with hot water heater that we have to relight every time we want hot water.

I called Worleys and they told me the vent must be clogged and that we would need to call a chimney sweep.

So we did that and found no blockage in the vent. Thankfully that only cost $50. But still another red hearing.

I understand that the Hydroheat systems are not something a lot of techs know about but they aren’t that rare. But obviously this company doesn’t have someone who knows what they are doing when it comes to hydro heating systems. They literally told me they don’t know what to do if the vent is bad and we would be stuck paying $3500 on top of what we already paid them to replace it.

Good news was they were friendly and seemed like they wanted to help. If I had a normal hot water system they would have probably fixed it the first time out.

So I called another company to look at the AC unit and that went just as bad. But they will get their own review. As of now the hot water heater still goes out and when it’s working the AC can’t keep the house cool.

UPDATE: The check valve on the hot water heater was bad which screwed with the whole system. All that needed to be done was manually shut the valves from the hot water heater to the condenser. 😒

2ND UPDATE: Worleys contacted me and provided a full refund. The Vice President said they will make sure that they review who is and who isn’t qualified to work on hydroheat systems and will make sure their dispatch is aware of who to send out. Due to their great customer service I am willing to give them another chance in the future when we need their services.

Austin, in the HVAC department, called to let me know he was almost here and arrived early. He went right to work to solve the problem and was here and finished within 90 minutes. Austin is a great representative for the WHORLEY company. He’s definitely an asset to your business! Thanks Austin

I was unable to install a kitchen faucet due to back surgery. Tyler(the tech) came in and got the job done. Painless.. thanks for the awesome work.
