The two technicians that came out were great. They were on time and ready to work. They were able to get the system taken out and put in a new one in a reasonable time which was about 4-5 hours.

Repaired gas leak on my hot water heater that was the fault of the plumbing company that installed it. Nut just needed tightening, but the original plumbers were going to charge over $200 just to come out because it had been over 90 days. Hats Off charged very little to come out even though they are not a plumbing company. Nut was tightened, no more leak. Other problems with the installation were also pointed out to me so I could call a competent plumber to correct. Bo and Don helped me immensely with a BIG safety issue. I am very grateful!

Installed a brand new system in my “money pit” 1951 home- they have always been very helpful, upfront, responsive and reliable and offer fair pricing to boot. Easy answer is if you need help with your HVAC- hire these guys!

Bo arrived and diagnosed the problem with our HVAC unit quickly. He came the next day with a new fan motor and had it installed and tested promptly. Very curtious and professional. I will have them do all of my HVAC repairs and maintenance in the future.

I have used Hat's Off since I bought my house. They are always on time, professional and logical/knowledgable when approaching all my repairs. I always feel I get an honest price and even more honest team. Blake has helped us with multiple repairs, but this last one was a gas line replacement. They did an outstanding job from dealing with the permit, finding the leak, replacing the line.. affordable, fair, caring most importantly honest. 10 out of 10 would reccomend everyone use them for any services they need.
