Bo at Commonwealth came out and fixed an assortment of issues caused by the previous HVAC installer. He showed up when he said he would, he did not take advantage of our bad situation and so far everything is working beautifully. I know that Bo cares very much about his business and it's reputation and would not hesitate to recommend him.

I am so pleased that I called Commonwealth Comfort. I got home in the afternoon from a trip and found my heat not working, Bo was able to come out the next morning. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it within a couple hours.

Had a problem with my heat pump and it turned out to be an air flow problem, that was the first problem that was fixed by Commonwealth Comfort. My central air worked fine after that. A few weeks later the compressor on my outside AC unit died and the gentleman did their best to find the problem and provided me with a portable AC unit until mine was fixed. I call that going above and beyond for the customer. They got the parts that I needed and I feel they we're fair and honest in their pricing. Bo and Jake where the gentleman that did the work and they were knowledgeable, professional and friendly gentleman. I would highly recommend Commonwealth Comfort for your AC and heating needs.

They were able to immediate service my unit. On time service. Called to check in prior to arrival. Service mechanic was polite, cleaned everything up. Was able to explain the issue in plain language. My thermostat was under warranty, they called the company to explain the issue, making my life a lot easier. Would highly recommend to anyone. Bo Juel did a phenomenally detailed job. He was timely, personable, and thorough. We had a challenging space to work with and he was creative and flexible with his approach.
