The service and attention to detail were phenomenal and any potential issues were addressed at installation. Blake is a craftsman who takes great pride in his work. His assistant Christopher also was knowledgeable. Both were hard-working. They paid attention to details. They used actual copper pipe to install the water heater! Wow! Much better than the box store.The price of a new heat pump and handler with the new water heater was very reasonable considering they used copper pipes to connect it. Much better than the big box store and for the same price. They demonstrated how to use everything. I highly recommend their service.

We have been a customer of Hats Off for over a year now. Aaron & his trainee and Ryan & his trainee have all been out for various maintenance and repair needs. They have been kind, courteous, reliable, professional and honest each and every time. We feel that we got really lucky finding this team and would highly recommend this company to everyone without hesitation. And Bree, thank you for being there for us even on a holiday!!!

Bo was excellent! He was prompt, friendly, and informative. Loved that he wore shoe protectors to keep our home clean. Will definitely be using their services in future. (I have never written a review if that gives you insight on how much we appreciated his services)

The best hvac company I have ever used! Our hvac system broke and Blake was able to stop by the very next day to check it out. He was booked up and made room for us just a few days later for a completely new install. They are very professional and quick to respond. I will be using and recommending them to everyone. Hats Off Heating & Cooling is hands down the best!!!!! Bo is very responsive and quick to get us quotes for a new HVAC system. He has a zero sales approach, explains everything, and works to get exactly what you need. He identified what would work for our house, quoted out three different brands, and then explained how each system would work for us. His crew, Blake and Chris came a few days later to install everything. Blake and Chris have an above and beyond work ethic, they are extremely professional and didn't stop until the job was done. In one day they removed the entire old system, installed the new one and had it up and running right before the heat hit to make sure we had a running A/C. On the tech side, Hats Off is on point. Donald fully programmed the smart thermostat and didn't leave until we were fully integrated with our smart devices. This group is everything I could hope for in a mechanical maintenance team. They are thorough, professional, reasonably priced, and they ably troubleshoot system issues.

I called on them to repair a different system and they carried the same extraordinary level of service for a fair price. So glad to know them. Ryan found a tiny leak and repaired it in a short time. Way to go… Again!

Donald with Hats Off Heating and Cooling came out to troubleshoot our AC. He was on time, extremely knowledgeable, and the cost of the troubleshoot was reasonable. Would recommend them any day over some of the larger companies in this area.

The entire team was helpful and accommodating. I’m not even sure how I found Hats Off, but I’m glad I did. They are fantastic, they know their business and are fairly priced. They were in constant communication with us and explained everything they were doing along the way.
