This company is top notch! They installed my AC last year. It was our new house. There were all kinds of issues with with the OLD system! In the dead of summer and they got the job done in three days. New unit, duct work and all. Two days ago the OLD water heater went out. The next day 2 hours and we had a new water heater and everything was brought up to code. Awesome company, great customer service without the BS.

The team at Hats Off was incredible! They were prompt, thorough, and very professional. Bo was very honest about what was needed and all the costs were known up front so I could make a decision. I couldn't have asked for better service, I highly recommend going with Hats Off for any of their services, you won't be disappointed.

Bo and Chris with Hats Off Heating and Cooling made a complete installation of my new Bosch Geothermal unit yesterday in about 5 hours.

I was impressed with their professional workmanship and their skill with the installation. The new unit was put in pkk look place and they skillfully fabricated the metal box to seamlessly connect the unit to the house HVAC distribution system.
When finished the work area was cleaned up and the new unit looks great!

I will be using Hats Off for any of my future HVAC services in the the future!

Bo and his team did a whole HVAC removal and install in my home a couple years ago. His work is the best I have seen and priced very reasonable. I called him today because the AC stopped working during a 91 degree day. He showed up a few hours later and had it fixed within 15 minutes. I’ll never go anywhere else for anything HVAC. Bo and his team are super knowledgeable and nice too. Two thumbs up!

Bo and Aaron with Commonwealth Comfort were excellent! Bo was responsive and understanding and fit me on the schedule when my AC stopped working properly. Aaron identified the problem quickly and explained the solution and was able to repair it the same day. I joined their yearly maintenance plan based on their professionalism and honesty. Hats Off was able to identify and fix a problem with my AC unit that the original installer couldn’t. The original installer said the unit was fine but the house was not cooling. Bo identified the problem, Aaron did the repair, and they both got the unit running perfect! My hats off to the Hats Off team!!!

I highly recommend this company. I called Commonwealth Comfort to see if it would be possible to reconfigure the duct work that went to the range hood,. My counter top microwave had broken and I was replacing the range hood with a microwave but the duct work was not compatible. The home improvement store that was to install it.was unable to do so. I called Commonwealth Comfort and spoke with Bo, I described the problem and sent him pictures to see if he would be able to make the needed adjustments. He responded that he could absolutely do it. He even asked if I would like for him to install the microwave while he was there. Yes, thank you and please! You never know how much you depend on a microwave until you are without one. We agreed upon a date and time with a 2 hour window and a call 30 minutes prior to arrival and I received an email confirmation. The work went smoothly with no issues. Bo was very personable and did a great job with the duct work and the installation of the microwave.. He also thoroughly cleaned up the area. I will definitely be using the company in the future and recommending to others.

What a great company! Hats Off installed a brand new system for me 2 years ago and I called them yesterday when I was having issues with my AC. I had figured it was just a hot day but my thermostat was reading an error. I called the office and they dispatched the owner to my house the same day! Turns out the system the was perfectly fine but the return had sucked up the filter into the ducting! They quickly diagnosed my issue and the unit was back to normal…. This is another reason why you ALWAYS check your filters monthly and change them regularly if your getting construction done in your home! Thanks again Hats Off! It spoke volumes having them actually warranty their products
