    Alex and his crew were amazing. I have never had a contractor say they would be somewhere at a certain time, and then actually be there early so they could be walking up to the house at that time. We ended up getting all new systems and ductwork in two zones. A tremendous amount of work -- and they were awesome. They cleaned up after themselves, and even took me for a tour under the house and in the attic of everything they did. I trust them to do it the right way and not cut corners.

    The system went down recently (a bug got into the wires and shorted the system) and Alex came almost immediately to fix it.

    I no longer use 1-Hour and I'm very happy with this company.

    Company selected by my Home Warranty. Initially inspected bad A/C unit and recommended replacement. Waited for repair/parts to come in an excessively long time because they ordered the wrong parts. Day of installation, technician begins to disconnect the WRONG unit, starts to disconnect high/low pressure lines. Only stopped because I came outside and informed technician that he was working on the incorrect unit. He connects everything and informs me not to worry it’s all good. Not having a warm and fuzzy about what happened I called the company back to ask if they can come out and do a check for me, a simple pressure check to show me that the refrigerant level/pressure was still good.
    On my initial call the company’s operator informed me a technician would come out in two days and do a check… Two days later I take time off work to meet the technician. Technician doesn’t show…No call ahead of time from company saying no one is coming… I called the company and they told me “ Oh yeah we aren’t sending anyone out there, if you want you can submit another claim”.. If you are looking for a professional decent service look somewhere else. Overall very disappointed in the way this experience turned out.

    I'm very happy with this company! -The initial visit was to determine what was the problem. They sent the info to my insurance and in about 2 weeks I have already my AC changed. The technicians came on time, work fast, pay great attention to extra details like pipes status, cables, etc, which not everybody usually does. They area were left clean after work was finished. They gave me a lot of good advice to maintain the AC unit working correctly as well as to keep the vents half open inside the house and how to clean the outside unit from dirty. They explained in details the work they were doing, how the AC works and every step they took. The service was very professional and well done. Kudos for them !!!

    I would not recommend this company. Between my home warranty company and this business, one of my AC units has been out for a month. They performed work 2x in late May and early June. Still broken. When I called them back for a recall, the earliest available date was 3 weeks away!! Then, the day of the appt, which was earlier this week, they were a no-show. After such a long wait, really? I called to confirm the date, she said that she would call me back but no response. Signed, Hot and Irritated

    They were mindful when installing the new HVAC system by avoiding any damages to my property. They were on time, professional and courteous. The technician Alex answered all my questions and made me feel valuable as a customer. They earned my trust, therefore I will let them service all my HVAC needs in the future.

    Had an appointment set by my home warranty to have my system replaced. This company showed up on time for the appointment but that was the last positive thing of note. They never came to the door to introduce themselves or say they were here. A man opened my gate and started wandering around my yard. I went outside to introduce myself and was immediately met with aggression.

    Still no introduction, the man started going on about how the unit is too big to get into the yard etc. mind you, someone from the company had been to my home before to put together the quote.

    After some back and forth about how to get the unit into the back yard, the man tells me that he needs me to pay the balance owed before they will start. I explain that seems out of the ordinary and that I would feel more comfortable paying after satisfactory completion of the job. He yells “fine! I’ll just leave then!”

    I say again that I would feel more comfortable paying after the job is done- similar to every other job ever.

    He yells at me again to “pay now or I’m leaving!”

    I chose to not engage in the argument, told the man “ok” and walked back into my home.

    Haven’t heard from them since.

    Note that I had to refer to him as “the man” as he never said who he was, he just immediately demanded thousands of dollars from me.

    Incredibly unprofessional is an understatement.

    I made a claim through my home warranty service on a Sunday night and the next morning I had received communication from both the warranty service and Airduct Care that someone would be there that morning!
    I received a call from the company to confirm I would be available and the a technician named Alex came right on time.
    He was able to diagnose my issue quite quickly and made several attempts to confirm his diagnosis was correct before beginning any repair. I definitely appreciated that.
    He seemed knowledgeable and knew his stuff.

    I am Very Happy. I made a claim through my home warranty service both the home warranty service and Airduct Care stated that someone would be at my home, Airduct Care diagnosed the system and determined i needed a new system inside and outside. I thought it would take weeks but to my surprise the home warranty approved and the Airduct Care was installing my new Lennox system within a week. I love the Techs as they where very kind and professional as they covered my floors and cleaned up. I had to call their Office and let them know that I was very pleased with the service. My ex fiancée works for an 1 hr heating and air company and they where never as professional nor speedy. I would refer this company to All. Thank you so much
