    We had an emergency medical situation regarding our AC. Alex came out on a Sunday and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. Our AC was back up and running perfectly by Tuesday morning. Because we have an older model, it took an extra day to order the part (fan and board). Thankfully, the temps were cool for those 2 days. Thank You for your quick response.

    I should have read the reviews before hiring this company. Had the ducts cleaned and the dryer vent for $475.00. He told me that the dryer vent was blocked and would have to cut thru the ceiling & the pipes for an additional $1500 or more depending on the pipes to unblock the dryer. He said to call the office for an appointment. Luckily I was having The Fire Safety Guys to clean my fireplace and I told them what had happened they checked it & cleaned it and the fireplace for $170.00.
    Now I’m trying to get a refund for the dryer vent which I shouldn’t have paid for to begin with & they are not returning my calls. Makes me wonder how well they did the air ducts?

    I would not recommend and would give zero stars if I could

    I recently worked for this company as an hvac helper and I quit due to not having enough hours. I didn’t give them a notice which looks bad on my end but nobody can live off 10-15 hours a week. I was paid $37 and charged $75 for a single hoodie to represent their company and when I called and asked about my check, the receptionist (Irina) she said “maybe it won’t show up like you” and started to hang up.

    Super fast service. The man who came to work on our AC unit was very knowledgeable, he was able to repair our AC unit and give us some maintenance tips to prevent any future issues. He was extremely friendly, and was able to quickly fix the issue without things feeling rushed. I as a lot of questions and like to understand how things work, so his detailed and easy to follow instructions were much appreciated. I highly recommend this company.

    Did a great job!Everything was installed quickly and efficiently. John was Very polite, knowledgeable, And very clear on what needed to be done.I would recommend air duct care heating and AC for all your AC and heating needs. Good deal!

    KAAC Inc. Came to service my heat pump. Showed up with no tools, shorts and sunglasses. Looked at unit, took nothing apart, looked at thermostat and said within 5 mins the unit had to be rewired. I asked questions and he said he wouldn't do the job and walked out!
    When I put in my rating I was rating another contractor by mistake. This contractor gets 1 STAR!!! 0 STAR IF I COULD. Please update my survey. This company should be removed from AHS!

    Guy with Russian accent walks in my house without any tools..... did not assess either one of my systems.. but put a piece of paper up to the duct and said my freon is low. When I asked him was he going to look at any of the units and assess them before assuming the freon is low... he walks out.... I called dispatch and she says well your warranty company pays for freon so why are you mad..... I attempted to explain to her that her tech did not even look at either one of my units..... she didn't want to hear that... I called my warranty company and reported..... BEWARE..... Now as I read the reviews for the company.... this is this techs normal behavior.
