Chris was awesome! Friendly service and a good price. I called and within 30min the tech arrived. Also, Chris didnt just come by for 3 minutes and give me a bill. He educated me on proper HVAC care and offered tips and advice. My home airconditioning was back up and running in an hour. All around, great experience.

Have been using Mr. Comfort for over 20 years. Mike Walker and his team always treat you like family, are friendly, prompt to your needs and reliable. I like the fact Mr. Comfort "gives back" to our community, assists the Va. Beach Technical and Career Education Center with community projects that create future HVAC professionals and hires from within our retired military community. When Mr. Comfort installed my new Goodman system, Mike sent over a team of mechanics, not just one mechanic and a helper. Prices are very competitive, service is excellent.

All of their pros have taken care of our ac, gas furnace and heat pumps. Great prices and great value for the service. Most recently Jernon quickly identified issues with our ac, provided professional and sound options and installed a new unit with minimal time we were without ac in the recent heat. We trust them with seasonal service and all repairs.

Clogged A/C drain. The water ruined laminate floor. Chris, the Tech, diagnosed and blew out the drain line, explaining everything he was doing and why. The price was reasonable. You can tell this guy likes his job. He really didn't mind answering questions. I think he said he had been fixing A/C's for 30 years. Maybe a family business. Give their office a call.

I picked this company from Yelp reviews and after comparing it to others this was the one! I actually called for my 81 year old father that lives in the Va Beach area. I live in MN so I decided to help out my old man by looking online and making some calls to get the best people out to his condo. He just thought his AC needed a quick servicing that would include some extra refrigerant. I spoke to the customer support rep BrookeLynn who explained to me about their products and services. Shortly thereafter, she set everything up and her customer service was grate! She was really sweet and understanding about me assisting my father from out of state. She communicated to me every step of the way until completion. The tech arrived earlier than normal due to a cancelation. Everything went well with the repairs. Thank you to everyone that made this a pleasant experience for me and most importantly my father!

These folks do my regular hvac maintenance. When I called them in a panic about fallen heating duct and noisy nocturnal critters they rearranged schedules and made the repairs quickly. Did I mention that the price was excellent? If I could decipher the tech's name I'd offer specific kudos to them both. Join their membership program, it's worth it.

Mr. Comfort is the best! I had a closing yesterday for a home Im selling. The buyer walked the house at 2:00PM and the AC was out (just my luck). We called the company that warrants the system and they told us next Wed. would be the soonest they could come. My heart sank. Thought for sure we were not closing on the property. I reached out to Mike at Mr. Comfort and he had a technician at the home within an hour and a half. Dave (tech) pulled up and assured me that he would fix the issue, no matter what. He had to work in 100* heat in the attic to get the drain line unclogged, but had the system back up and running in 30mins! Mr. Comfort saved the day BIG TIME. Cannot thank them enough! Superior service!!! Thank you!!!!
