Incompetent receptionist! Called for service call and gave address phone number confirmed for 9-10am . Tried calling to confirm at 9:30am after not hearing from tech . At 10:30 she answered and the address & phone number she took on Friday were wrong? I asked if she can still send tech & was told supervisor said no! What a joke . If you don't understand English you shouldn't be answering phones!
Great service. Perfectly on time. Excellent equipment. Servicemen are polite, knowledgeable, clean and courteous. They took all of the grills off, washed/cleaned them outside, showed me "live video" of my ducts "before and after". Scary thing, that we were breathing it all for who knows how long!!! The guys are also professionals in HVAC replacements/installations and gave me recommendations about my systems. Will definitely use them in my office building as well. Highly recommend! Five stars! And competitive pricing too!!
AirDuct Care Heating and A/C came into to help my family when the warranty company left us out to dry. We had a broken furnace with carbon monoxide issues / and fiber glass from the trunk blowing through out the house. They provided us with an amazing AC and Heat Pump / furnace system with brand new duct work. We’re very happy with the installation and how nice everyone was. Highly recommend AirDuct Heating and A/C!!
The customer service over the phone was outstanding. The technician(older guy with thick Russian accent)that was sent to my house was horrible. He showed up asked me what my issue was. I told him I must have been a leak because everything is in working order except that the ac has blowing hot air. (Using no tools/ equipment) He told me that nobody used this exact type of refrigerant any more so I would need a new unit without even opening or visually inspecting the unit. He stepped back & took a few pictures of the unit. He said he has more calls to handle & this was not his issue so either buy a new unit or stay hot. Needless to say that finished our conversation & he left my property.
Our first experience with this company today was horrible to say the least. We have had a couple of service calls in the past month from another company. The first time they said we were low on freon. They topped it off. The second time, they came out I showed them the air leaks in the attic and they patched the leaks and said we should be ok.
So, when it continued to get between 80 and 85 in the house with all our fans running on high, we decided to call the warranty company again. This time they called AirDuct Care Heating and Air Conditioning. The guy that came out had a very thick Russian accent and I could barely understand him. He came to the door with no tools, just a clipboard and a phone in his hand. He spent all of 5 minutes here before trying to sell me a new 1500.00 unit.
He went to the side of the house and said you are low on freon (which I dont know how he could tell that without guages). When I told him we just had someone out and they said the freon was good, thats when he shrugged his shoulders and said he could sell me a new unit for 1500.00.
When we came back inside, he said, well, you could also have a duct problem too. That's when I tried to tell him about the previous service call. Big mistake! He literally threw up his hands and said, "this is a free call, I dont make any money off of it and I'm not going behind someone else. I have 5 other calls. At least you have something, others have nothing." Then he turned around and walked out. Good thing too because I was about to throw him out!
I have made a few dealings with this company and they have been very professional and helpful. They have solved multiple issues since I moved into my house and have been very efficient. Great job y’all!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid my detuctible he walked outside maybe 3 mins told us everything needed to be replaced I told my warranty okay if he’s all I can use. AFTER everything was discussed with my home warranty company i had 2,000 in uncovered charges I had asked what 2,000.00 in work he was doing and I couldn’t even get a break down. I happily cashed out my claim. Even if he was the best in the city I won’t be treated that way. I Recommend using someone else.
