Woods Family Heating & Air Conditioning

I usually avoid maintenance contracts, but entered a HVAC maintenance contract with Woods Family HVAC five years ago. It has exceeded my expectations of maintaining efficiency and curtailing expensive repair costs. Jeff was the technician providing the service this time and like his predecessors before he arrived on time and provided a very thorough preventive maintenance check and cleaning. Previously, I used another local company and Woods Family communication and service is far superior to what I have received in the past. With Woods Family, I actually feel like I am receiving a good value for my cost. Thanks Jeff for a very good job. See you in the fall.

Jeff W was the person who worked on our air conditioner we've known Jeff for over ten years and as is usual he was knowledgeable professional and friendly he let us know exactly what he would be doing and we've always felt that we are valued customers and he always goes above and beyond to give us really good service he's truly an asset to the company thanks Jeff we really appreciate you😀

This morning Jeff Woods came to service our gas furnace. We are pleased and satisfied with his work. Jeff was careful and considerate. He took care with our light colored carpeting and was careful not to bump the plastic water pipe while working on the furnace. Jeff is a good professional who knows his work. He did a thorough and careful job while here, and fully inspected our heating unit. We highly recommend Woods Family Heating & Air Conditioning.

Amazing, fast, reasonably priced repair. Great customer service. Came home from vacation to a broken heat pump. Repairman arrived within an hour of my call. Courteous, knowledgeable, and overall great customer service. Heat pump is working and the repair cost was more than fair. Highly recommend this company.
