Just got a tune up on two systems. I'm an employee of woods and did it myself but I have to say I did a fantastic job. I was a delight to be around and went above and beyond. Would recommend anyone get a woods family tune up, service, or installation!

On a very hot day, Woods showed up and fixed my AC. They came when they said they would. They quickly fixed the problem. They stand behind their work.

Brad came over and fixed our issue today, and i was very appreciative of his communication skills with his customers (i'm a bit slow when it comes to these things). He also explained everything he did, step by step. Brad also showed me the work he did, and even took the time to educate me about my heating system. He was polite, professional, and just a really nice gentleman. When a service technician with over 20yrs of experience shows up to do a job, you know it's getting done correctly the first time!
