Called this company for an elderly woman who had no phone but had themoney to pay i told them upfront not to call me and they kept trying to call me and i told him to just show up fove days later shes still cold

My air conditioner quit working and Christian came out and had the problem diagnosed in 20 min. Christian was so polite and professional. It is so reassuring to know that whoever comes out will be qualified to get the job done.

The complaints ding the 'star score' you see, but shouldn't dissuade the reader for engaging the Bower team in serious, deliberate discussions about HVAC needs they have. Engage them, compare them, and make up your own mind. We did. And have been loyal customers for many, many years.

I was in a tight spot trying to get a furnace replaced in time in order close on a house that was under contract. I called Bower heating and the lady that answered the phone was terrific. I wish I remembered her name. She knew her business and was so pleasant. She listened to what I needed and she got me in touch with Chris Moore. I was on the road driving when Chris got in touch with me. We had a horrible connection and so we both got situated in places we could hear each other. We took care of everything over the phone. I needed the work done ASAP and he worked it out so he met my timeline. He put in the best system for my needs (not the most expensive and not the least expensive, just exactly what worked properly). He didn’t rush through the process. He told me all my options and the reasons why each would be better or less suitable for me. Then we put through a line of credit while I was on the phone (that way I could pay for the install when the money from the sale of the property). We had to go through the process of getting our phones to agree on how to get the paperwork signed electronically. He never missed a beat. A pleasant encounter in the face of something I really didn’t want to have to do in the first place. I felt calm and confident with the decision after we talked and got it in motion.
Then....I got to the property the day that they were planning on installing the furnace. I looked and was afraid that no one had been there. I walked through the house and into the basement and there was a brand new furnace installed and the old one was gone. I couldn’t even tell anyone had been in the house! So clean and considerate. It was one of the most professional encounters I have had.

Dwayne provided the spring maintenance on my AC system. He is friendly, professional, and explains what he is doing and why it is important. I would highly recommend Bower and Dwayne.

There was an accident that damaged our AC unit and caused us to require a new system during the hottest week of the summer! Bower Heating and Air was quick to respond with options for replacement and installation of our new heat pump and thermostat. They were thorough, quick, and clean!!! We were cool again in less than 24 hrs! And that includes some improvements they made to ductwork and noise reduction!

I purchased my home in 09/2018 and our heat pump has went out a few times(oh the joys of home ownership) I wanted to note different parts went out at different times. I have had the same technician come out , Chris Link, and he was absolutely amazing. He’s very knowledgeable , reliable, fixed every issue we had, and most importantly answered every question even the silly ones about the heat pump. I will say that the company sent him out in record time for our repairs. We will continue to use them for any future issues.
