I had the best experience today with your company. A few years back we needed AC repair and we had to go through 2 companies and multiple service calls before the problem was located and fixed. DeWayne came out, found the problem and fixed it with no hassles. He also did a great job of explaining what he was doing, why and what the problem might be if the issue isn’t resolved. He was professional, polite and I felt confident in his ability. I will absolutely use Bower again and highly recommend to others.

I have a service contract with Bower. Each time they come to my home their technician always makes sure that my system is working perfectly before he leaves. They alway do a professional job and cleanup before leaving my home.

I can’t say enough about Bower. We had our 21 year old heat pump stop working right before the snowstorm and anticipation of frigid temperatures. (Of course!)

I called the service line at 4pm on Friday and tech arrived in less than an hour. Our outside unit had finally died. The tech was able to set us up on eheat. The same evening (Saturday) our indoor unit and eheat went out at 12:30am. I received a callback at 1am to understand my issue, provide me with guidance and ensure I had a backup heat source- I opted to have the tech come out the next day (Sunday). A tech came out first thing in the morning to put in a rescue blower to ensure I could fully heat my house until a new unit could be installed. At the end of it all, one week later, I had a new unit installed by a professional and thorough team, and the peace of mind that I have found an amazing AC and heating company I can depend on. I would recommend Bower to anyone looking to have work done of their AC or heating system.

Recently, our 18 year old HVAC system failed, so we researched other companies and the products they installed. Bower Heating and Air Conditioning was one of those companies, and we are so glad we reached out to them. Our first contact was with Chris Moore. We set an appointment day and time, and he showed up exactly as scheduled. Chris sat down with me and explained everything about HVAC. We discussed the attributes of smaller vs larger units, SEER, the different manufactures they carried, and it was clear he was an expert. He was professional, kind, and a really nice guy. On the day of the install, the gentlemen were at our house on time, clean cut and absolutely professional and pleasant. They worked tirelessly in 90 degree heat and spent extra time “re-working” some of the not so great installs from our old company – NO corners were cut. Throughout the day I had multiple interactions with the gentlemen, and they were very courteous - everything was yes, sir. From the work they did you could tell they were well trained experts with HVAC and customer service. When they left, they explained in detail how to operate the system, and everything around our house was left clean and exactly how it was when they arrived. Shortly after having the new system installed, we encountered a plumbing issue completely unrelated to Bower, but the plumbing issue required us to turn off the HVAC. I called Chris Moore for advice, and he returned my call within 30 minutes. Within a couple of hours a skilled plumber was at our house looking for alternatives to get our system working. He diagnosed the issue (a collapsed plumbing line) and told us it was an extensive repair. The problem was that the new HVAC unit could not be turned back on because the condensate line ran through the collapsed plumbing line. I called Chris again to see if he had any ideas to remedy our issue. We spoke for about 15 minutes and developed a strategy. He said their installation manager would call me immediately, and Veronica called me within the hour. She was wonderful and had the two gentlemen who installed the system and a third technician at our house the next day. They rerouted our condensate line in just a couple of hours and got our system up and running. I have never had such a stellar level of customer service with regard to home repair/installation. Our thanks to the team of experts who helped us - we are Bower Heating and Air customers for life!

Recently moved into a new home with an inoperable oil furnace this summer. With cooler weather coming upon us, I figured it was time to have the furnace diagnosed and serviced to figure out what the issue was. So I spent a day scouring the internet for local HVAC companies that 1) serve my area, 2) service oil furnaces, and 3) have good reviews. After two failed attempts with other companies, I called Bower immediately from the recommendation of a neighbor who also has an oil furnace. I had an appt. scheduled for the next day. The technician Sam was punctual, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed and repaired my furnace. I also signed up for their annual maintenance plan which gives you 10% off your service charges. Everything was very reasonably priced and I feel confident about the repairs that were made. They've definitely earned a repeat customer from me!

My AC quit working 3 days ago Bower Heating &Air was on the spot first thing this morning to fix it. Dan was the service Tech and could not have been more professional and nice, he was able to fix problem in less than 20 minutes. I recommend Bower highly, this isn’t our first experience with them. They replaced a different unit for me some years ago, they were very responsive, friendly, experts in installing our unit.
