By far the WORST customer service I have received EVER! I was told to STOP TALKING while on the phone with the incredibly rude woman that answered the phone.
Had heard wonderful things about them and was looking to build a relationship with them as a business owner but instead I will tell the entire town how TERRIBLE their service is.

Absolutely wonderful customer service from the appointment desk to service rep, Shannon. I’m still amazed he was able to repair our very old air conditioner!
