I had an Aprilaire whole house dehumidifier fail under warranty. They sent out Gary to take a look. I had to repeatedly call to confirm appointments, of which he failed to assign a technician or completely forgot on two separate occasions. Then the techs installing the unit blew a fuse on my A/C unit. Finally another Tech arrived to fix the blown fuse and correct the shoddy installation left by the previous techs(poor taping of ductwork, unstable base). Never left a bill, never mailed a statement. Called me today to collect payment. Unfortunately, I can not recommend them.
