Our AC was not cooling so I called them. The woman I spoke with was very courteous and friendly. They were able to come out early the next day. Jeff was terrific. Diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and was extremely professional. I will definitely use them next time.

Freon leaked days after installation. They came back to fix the issue which was a poorly sealed copper pipe they installed initially. Water damage found under house linked to installed unit. The drain was inspected by a different company and they stated that the drain should not have been placed where it was.

We have been using Midlothian Mechanical for a few years and have been pleased with their professionalism, punctuality and quality of service so much that we opted to have service contracts with them for our heating and air conditioning units and most recently our whole house generator. We choose to ask that their tech Patrick be our “regular “ as he meets ALL our needs and it makes a big difference to us having the same tech coming each time.

We had problem with our AC yesterday and called Midlothian Mechanical. We’ve had an annual service contract with them for several years now. They always provide us with great HVSC service! Patrick took great care of us. He assessed the situation quickly and gave us an estimate. Then proceeded to fix us up for less than his estimate. Excellent, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous service by Patrick from Midlothian Mechanical!

These guys put in a Mitsubishi mini-split air conditioner in my bedroom and they did a great job! Now I have a separate air conditioner just for my bedroom which saves me tons of money on my air conditioning bill! Two guys came in at 8:30 in the morning got to work and had the whole thing installed by 11:30 or 12. They were friendly and professional and left my house looking like they had never even been there. They showed me how system work and made sure I was completely happy with it before they left. I would highly recommend them!

I have been working with Midlothian Mechanical for years and recommend them to friends, families and colleagues. I had my winter tune-up today with Patrick. As always, Patrick is super friendly, respectful and gives me a full blow by blow of what is going on with my system. We sold a house this past fall and Midlothian Mechanical was fantastic in helping us with issues related to our HVAC. I give them 6 stars!!!!

A company is great because of its employees. What places Midlothian Mechanical at the top of my list and why I would happily recommend MM to my friends and neighbors is my experience with Mr. Patrick, a professional in HVAC and just a good man. Mr. Patrick is detailed oriented, meticulous, attentive and knows what he's doing with all those modern tools that check temperature air flow and safety shut off valves and all the things he checks. Mr. Patrick always has a positive can do attitude. Mr. Patrick, in my opinion, makes Midlothian Mechanical great because I depend on Mr. Patrick, and by association makes MM a reliable company to call when in need.

We received a new system from Midlothian Mechanical and are so happy with the results. Dylan, Jeremy, and Johnathan, were so professional, courteous, and gave excellent service! Dylan got us started with his trouble finding expertise of our old system. The install of the new system was done and our home inside and out looked great! Jeremy gave us an in-depth lesson about how our new system works, how to keep it running smoothly, and other helpful suggestions. The entire experience was awesome and Midlothian Mechanical is a win, win!!!

I’m going to start this review off today saying that I normally do not write reviews. But I believe when you come by and honest and reputable company the community needs to know.

My elderly mother lives in a condominium in the West End and Was having trouble with her air-conditioning unit over the weekend. We spoke over the phone and had a discussion and she had a formed me that she had Midlothian mechanical coming Monday to look at it..

We both actually thought that she may have to put in a new system because of the age of Her system now. It’s 43 years old they sure don’t make them like that anymore.So on Monday I get a call from my mother and she’s ecstatic tells me that Patrick the service man for Midlothian mechanical has come by and Diagnosed the problem.

Come to find out the thermostat was bad. So I just wanted everybody to know. I feel Everybody is not always honest.

She said Patrick was very polite and very professional.

When my home heat pump was not functioning as usual, a call to Midlothian Mechanical resulted in a quick response to set up an appointment for diagnosis. The Technician arrived promptly, examined the complete system and quickly remedied the malfunction. He was courteous and efficient, and also patiently explained the nature of the problem and what was needed today as well as what my heat pump's future options may be, considering its age. I appreciate this company's service and skill.
