Mr. Anderson arrived on time having called 15 minutes ahead to confirm. He was polite in spite of having to park a distance from our door and very thorough as he checked all aspects of our system. He went out of his way to be helpful.

We have had the best customer service, response time and just overall fantastic experience with them. We pay a monthly membership fee and it is worth every penny! We love the guys that show up and they are always so respectful and helpful. Dont normally do reviews but these guys deserve it.

Skilled technicians did a complete maintenance, fixed multiple problems at no additional costs. Patrick was very courteous and explained everything. Good follow up by office getting replacement parts quickly & schedule around my work hours.

Patrick does a great job cleaning outour Misubishi. He is professional and a pleasure. Love how good he cleans our units. Takes time and doesn't rush.

Fantastic service! My technician, Patrick, came out to replace a blower motor about 6 weeks ago and seemed to have gone out again. He was here promptly when he said he would be and checked the connections and it started working again, so good news there. However, Patrick went above and beyond to stay here a triple check everyevery else that might have been related, but no other issues found. I would definitely recommend Midlothian Mechanical to anyone.

Frank, their technician, was very professional and knowledgable. He did excellent work while making sure only the necessary service was preformed. He also did a great job making sure we got the best deal possible on replacement equipment while taking advantage of cost saving offers through Midlothian Mechanical. The ladies we dealt with on the phone were also very friendly and helpful. We will definitely use Midlothian Mechanical again.
