Patrick was my technician and he was fantastic! Very polite and friendly and very knowledgeable when explaining what was going on with my heat pump! I appreciated the fact that he went over all of the parts that he checked with me since I didn't know what most of them did.
I have always used this company because of the honest work and great prices!

I begn the process of replacing an aging boiler and hot water heater with a combi-boiler by getting 2 estimates. Gary at Midlothian provided an estimate that was 25% lower and included a far better brand of combi-boiler. He explained what was required to replace and upgrade pipes that were perhaps as old as the house bult in 1914 as well as a tentative plan for the location of new and far less intrusive piping. The installation team chief, Les, was ably assisted by Alec and Robbie who all did a superb job of the entire installation, explaining what they were doing as well as consulting with me when required. This was a very complex project and was executed flawlessly by a great team of personable professionals. I reccomend Midlothian for any and all HVAC work without reservation.

Patrick did a thorough check up of our 2 systems. Everything is working fantastically. He did a great job explaining all the work that was completed to ensure our systems will run fine through the winter.

I just recently purchased a new heat pump unit from them. They were wonderful with the installation and good with the price. Today was the first maintenance appointment and Frank did a great job. He explained everything to me. I was very happy with the service!

Patrick was here when he said he would be. Serviced both the inside unit and heat pump efficiently. Changed filter for inside unit. After he completed his servicing he explained everything he did and explained it so I was able to understand it on layman's terms. Great service

AJ is very professional, took his time to make sure he was diagnosing the issue with my a/c and make the necessary adjustments. Fairly priced and will use them for any future needs. Thank you!
