First I'd say, I almost never do a review. This company has excellent service. The owner is friendly, caring and thorough. His employee was kind and quick. I found him through my son that has a repair 2 years ago. Still going strong. Definitely my go to. Thanks again.

If you are in the market for any heating and cooling purchases or work, I strongly recommend Americool. We decided to convert from oil to gas heating and took three bids. Americool was very competitive but the deciding factor was the quality. Their knowledge of the products and install work was far superior to the other 2 companies. We had recently installed new carpet. Americool was the only one that guaranteed that they would not damage or stain it when removing the old oil furnace. Since then, we used them to put in a separate heating and cooling system for our lower level den and some repair work on the outside unit. They are always prompt, courteous and show up when they say they are going to show up. This is a top notch company!

The service was great the technician was very knowledgeable. He investigated the area off the information I provided and was able to restore my heat in 20-30 mins and educate me on somethings. I really appreciate it thank you guys

Americool installed a brand new HVAC system for me in August as the coil in my old system was leaking coolant. The technicians who came to install the system were knowledgeable and professional. They arrived when they said they would, had hired a crane company who maneuvered his crane truck through a particularly tough situation to get it in the parking lot, and installed the new system in several hours.

The senior technician was especially good at explaining how the system works, how to use the new thermostat, and how to clean out a tube that might become clogged.

A week or so ago I heard what I thought was a strange noise so I called Americool and they sent a technician over within an hour. Turns out the noise is just the system working properly.

I will use Americool for maintenance of my system as they are a great company and do great work.

Excellent company! Ann and Lisa (Customer Service) have been very helpful and courteous. Chris (Senior Service Tech) is professional and thorough. They did a great job installing my new heat pump about 2 years ago, (Trane unit working very well) and all service calls have been very good. Also, their yearly service contract is fair. Highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs!!

Recently installed two new hvac systems for my house . Americool did a great job from start to finish. I appreciate Chip spending time to carefully evaluate the dimensions of my house and go through all the load calculations to find a system that was right for us. We have so much better cooling now than with our old system thanks to their diligence in planning!

Americool does great work at a reasonable rate and manages their accounts with integrity. What more can you ask for? In 30+years of being a homeowner and having rental properties, Americool is the ONLY HVAC company I have ever had enough faith in to recommend to friends and family without hesitation. Everyone I have ever referred to them has also come away satisfied. The owner himself is readily available to answer questions or solve minor issues. Chip and his employees have done a beautiful and professional job on our new installs. The company has also maintained several older units for us over the years without the constant pressure to upgrade that is so prevalent in the industry. If I could give them 6 stars I would!!!

Technician Jimmy H from Americool came out to service our heat pump and went above and beyond to help us out!!!! He diagnosed the problem quickly and even spoke to our home warranty company to help them understand exactly what was wrong to ensure we got the proper coverage. I am so grateful for his help and with the excellent customer service he provided. I will only be using Americool from now on and will recommend this company to all of my friends. Thank you so much Jimmy and Americool! You went above and beyond for my family and got our heat working quickly which is extremely important to a mom of 4 kids!!!!

The entire team was professional and helpful throughout my experience. Chris S. is the knowledgeable service technician who did the repairs and took time to educate me on a few additional things related to my HVAC system. The pricing was reasonable and I was able to use a coupon from their website for more savings. I will definitely reach out to Americool for ongoing preventative maintenance as well as any other HVAC issues that may occur.
