Extremely happy with this company!
My package unit was old, on its last leg, and had been failing, and needed repairs, every winter for the past few years and finally died, this fall. The idea of replacing it was quite frankly scary as I know nothing about this stuff and have heard horror stories from many people over the years. I called several companies before i found this one and no one seemed to care as they were too busy i guess or they simply didn't answer and never called me back. When i called, Ashley the office manager was super friendly, and professional. She took the time to educate me on my system and what the work would entail. She took the time to answer all of my many questions, and didn't make me feel dumb for asking them.
I requested an estimate asap and they came out the next day. The price was extremely competitive according to what I found online so still a bit nervous I said ok.
I'm so glad I did! Again the office staff was awesome. They took my payment and had the new unit ordered by end of day. With supply chains being a little slow, the unit took a week to arrive, but was installed and completed within a few days. I was kept in the loop the whole time.
The owner himself came out on a Saturday and installed the unit himself to get my heat back before the next cold snap. I couldn't believe it. I have delt with many companies over the years for many things, but have never had a company go the extra mile the way they did for me, and my family. The new unit looks great! The house is toasty and I don't have to fear the next winter storm.
They are professional.

They are fairly priced.
They care about what they do.
I hope they are around a long long time.

Matthew was very knowledgeable about what system to use for replacing our 34yr old HVAC unit. Install team (Hamilton plus two other techs) were professional, accommodating, and answered all my questions.

Doug came out and replaced my HVAC. It was less than a week from the estimate appointment to the installation. He was really nice and professional and took his time to get the job done right on my 100 year old house. Definitely recommend to anyone needing HVAC services!

Matt and his team installed a new American Standard HVAC system for me. First of all they responded in a timely fashion. After trying 2 other services providers they were able to come out and accurately assess the problem with my old system which needed to be replaced. Secondarily, they worked hard to get the new system in place all for a great price. The install team were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Quality Contracting for excellent and affordable services.

Doug was prompt and courteous. He reviewed all the issues before he started any work and even explained to me what needed to be done to fix the problems. He was thorough and cleaned up everything well.
If I needed to look for an electrical company for personal repairs, Doug has put Quality Contracting at the top of my list.

Called company for A/C failure during summer heatwave. They were here within 24 hours on a Sunday! Doug was prompt, professional and proficient. He fixed out heat pump and then did a very thorough exam of our system and educated us on system maintenance. I will now use quality contracting inc. For all my HVAC needs.

Doug came to my home for an issue with my water heater connection and was able to find the real issue quickly. He was very kind, professional and very handsome. Definitely recommend him for any jobs in the future! Thank you !

Doug was our contractor and he was amazing! he showed up, dealt with our difficult situation, and doubled back to make sure everything was working and that we were satisfied! he was extremely quick with the repair, and my husband and i are super happy to have AC again. thank you Doug and Quality contracting!

Doug, dog. Hamilton, dog. They fixed my unit and did a quick and great job. Works great and they were super professional. Good lookin fellas too I tell ya, hide your wives if they come do service for you just a warning. Highly recommend these absolute UNITS.
