Such professional and efficient service! Todd was the service provider for a call I made to get the heating in my apartment fixed. He was friendly, helpful, provided great service, and was incredibly knowledgeable about how to treat and handle my heating system! He fixed the issue quickly and left me with some useful tips about various practices I can carry out to do my part to take care of my household!

Todd was called to diagnose our A/C unit and was able to quickly identify the issue and repair the unit so we could get our air back on. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave some great tips for the future in case we have additional problems. Not only was he great at his work, but he was very kind and customer-oriented. I highly recommend him!

Doug was amazing! He was trying to diagnose what was wrong with my heat having issues and he succeeded. It was a matter of installing a new thermostat. He was nice, professional and helpful.

Doug did an excellent job changing out the compressor, was professional and courteous in informing us of the procedure and clean and attentive enough to put down a drop cloth.

Todd came and fixed multiple problems and got our heat up and running once more. He replaced a breaker in the panel, swapped out the heat kit, and even replaced a damaged wire outside to the ac that was causing a short. Very professional and personable, he worked quickly and cleanly. A great experience all around.

So glad I went with this company! Matt was such an awesome, professional guy. Very knowledgeable and didn't mind talking us through the process and explaining each step of the way. Got me scheduled same day on a Saturday when my house was 85° with two kids and I can't even begin to express how grateful I am of that. I had to have called 10-15 different companies and the response time of Quality Contracting was impeccable.and as a bonus I found out they also do boiler work(I have a gas water heater) AND they do electrical work. I mean really a one stop shop lol. Anyway, I love being able to fill out reviews like this where I just couldn't have asked for better service!!! Thank you guys so much again! Oh yeah and the lady that answers the phone (didn't get her name), she really isjust the nicest person! 🤗
