Doug was on time and was very knowledgeable. He made repairs to all of the outlets we were concerned about. He is very professional and explained in detail what the problem was and how he fixed it.

Doug was my technician and he’s done a wonderful job. Prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable about his profession. He uninstalled our furnace and water heater (had to be done to get to some rotted subfloor in our utility closet) . When our subfloor gets fixed, I’ll be asking for him to do the reinstalling!
