The problem would not recreate when he was here. I did select on a corrective maintenance option but part has to be ordered. So I am hoping this will correct the problem and not have to keep throwing money at it. But there was no pressure, I made the decision based on what information we had and what I believe to be the most probable fault. This can get expensive on me fast and well we shall see.
UPDATE: Totally happy with the AC now. Turnaround for replacement parts was fast. Technician worked clean, diligent, accurate and his first diagnosis was correct.

On time. Braden answered all my questions. He explained what he was doing.

Received notification prior to technician arriving at my house that he was on his way. Upon arrive, technician wore foot covering to keep from tracking stuff into the home. Technician was excellent and efficient with the job. Everything was cleaned up and trash was taken away. Keep up the great work.
