I was a customer of Ampmor Electric for over 10 years. I sold my townhouse in 2016 and moved into an apartment for 5 years. Two years ago I bought my Condo in Suffolk. I am back with Ampmor Electric now.
They sent out a team-a professional electrician that had physical limitations and a young helper-the company charged by the hour which was stated up front-however-the team took a “pause” (break) in the truck and I feel that the time could have been shortened if the professional could have gotten on a ladder and done the work himself -yet we were charged for all the time they were here
Disappointed the technician didn't arrive in our maintenence window which was 0900-1300. We called Ampmor at 1250. The tech called about 1310 and arrive around 1350.
