Johnston Cooling and Heating

Very hard to move in to your home and air con stops working. In the middle of summer this company was able to send a technician out who was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. They were able to work in putting in a new unit before the holiday weekend and before guests arrived.
I also needed to call during the weekend and they were prompt, polite and helpful.

He came fast. Very professional. My breaker was turned off. He checked out the unit. Said everything was good. He replaced a schrader valve.
Said my unit is still good. Being so honest with me, I know when the time comes I will use your company. Also, the unit that replace my own, Goodman Seer is rated number 1.

Amazing hard working people , not just they did great work and hep me tremendously, they also advised me on how maintain and keep clean my ac components and saved me bunch of money . Other companies wanted to replace my AC and they were going to charge me around $5-$6K but not these ppl. For $85 they fixed my problem and brought my AC back to life . Very honest and I’ll use them again

We have only had an estimate at this point but I will say this, the professional experience we had with this company was wonderful! The technician that came out, Kaleb, was knowledgeable and polite and knew how to explain things to us in a way we would understand! They also came the same day we called in the middle of the busy season! After our evaluation today we are very satisfied with the price we were given for repair and very satisfied also with the amount of time it would take to have our system repaired!! (Not replaced at this time)!! We used another company for the last 5 years and I am convinced at this point that we were given horrible service and advice on our unit! After our repair with Johnston Cooling and Heating I will update our review and confirm the service we receive but if it goes anything like our estimate did.... I feel confident it will also be a 5 star review!! These guys are top notch and professional and affordable!! Thank you Jason and Kaleb for an excellent job today and we are looking forward to using you guys as our “go to guys” in the future!!

They fixed our AC one very hot summer night when my baby was only a few months old and honestly I was so impressed with how quick they were and polite. I know it’s no fun to be called out late evening especially in the summer but they were so kind and professional. They fixed the issue quickly and I truly appreciated everything they did for us. We were all sweating profusely and so, so grateful!

Couldn't have been a better experience. I got three quotes for a new HVAC system. Not the least expensive but these guys worked with me super well. They formed and poured an extension to the concrete pad as I requested when others wanted to only put down small concrete pads, resulting in a much more professional look and finish. They also helped me select a humidifier add-on system. It works great for preventing dry air in the winter. All of the work was done on time and efficiently. Thanks guys.

Everyone at Johnston Heating and Air made the installation of a new heat pump a smooth process. The price was very competitive, and all the service people were knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this company for all heating and air services.

I highly recommend Johnston Cooling and Heating. I had them service an older AC window unit. The condensation drain was clogged. They made the repair and all was working well. As it turned out, there was more gunk than we realized. When the drain re-clogged a few days later, they came out immediately, took care of the problem at no additional cost. All has been working perfectly since. They treated me well, stood by their work and fixed the problem.

Used Johnson to replace an older heat pump/AC. They were very prompt in the response for the request and were just as timely with the service delivery. The job was done on-time as expected with a professional crew.
