Returned home from vacation at midnight to a broken heat pump. Tom's was super responsive first thing the next morning and their technicians were very polite and a pleasure to work with.

Called on a Saturday morning of a Holiday weekend and with no hesitation John & Sonya came right out and got us up and running again, all are customers at Lickidy Split Ice Cream & More Thank them and so do we! Tom's has never let use down.

I used the “text” contact form on their website and they called me very promptly to set up a time to come look at my heating system that hadn’t been working for 24 hours. Within 30 minutes of that phone call I had two technicians in my house! They were very knowledgeable and did quick troubleshooting to find the cause of the problem. I am very, very happy with the service from Toms and would recommend them to anyone.

We called Tom’s to give us a second opinion on our ac that wasn’t working after being quoted $11,000 from another company. Sonya answered and was very professional but also personable which made us feel comfortable from the start. Although we were given a similar diagnosis, Tom’s gave us most options that were available to get our ac back up and running. Not to mention they quoted us only $7,000 to replace the whole system which is way better then the quote from the other company but they also quoted us to repair the issue within the original unit. Hunter and Lane were very informative when diagnosing our ac issue and they used some high tech tools that verified and gave us extra comfort in what they were saying. JD and Lane came back to do the repairs and my gosh our ac works amazing! Sonya was also helpful every step of the way as this is our first home and had no clue what we were doing. Never once felt like they were trying to get over on us! You will definitely be making the just choice in trusting them! They also offer financing if needed. They worked diligently to help my family get ac back even in a hot sunny day. I can’t thank them enough!
