Johnston Cooling and Heating

My outdoor AC unit starting making a loud rubbing noise and was no longer cooling properly. I called Johnston Cooling and Heating at 8:40a.m. Yes, they actually answered the call. No message needed to be left. Took my information and estimated that someone could be there by 1:00-4:00. Received a phone call from the tech (Joseph) around 2:00 letting me know when he would arrive. Arrived right on time with the estimate of 3:00p.m. Took a look, and identified the problem and ran diagnostic tests to make sure there was nothing else going on. By this time it was 4:00-4:15p.m. Everyone knows quitting time/COB is around 5:00p.m. Joseph went, got the parts, came back and replaced the motor and capacitor. Didn't leave until close to 6:15p.m. So... they picked up the phone, gave an estimated time of arrival window, beat that time, found/fixed the problem. Gave an initial quote, and ended up billing me a little less then the quote. Joseph was amazing, polite, caring, knowledgeable, committed, and thorough. I can't say enough about him. How do you beat that? Johnston Cooling and Heating has earned my repeat business. Thank you kindly. And our furry critters that were overheating thank you as well! ~ Joseph, you rock.

The team, led by Jason, put in two mini splits for us. Their estimate was lower than a competitor's and accurate to what they ended up charging, even when the job took longer than expected. They also came back several weeks later when we had a slight issue with one of the units. Would definitely recommend.

Joseph Masters showed up at our home very shortly after I called your office and was very professional about the job he did on our heat pump unit and was really knowledgeable about the system. He finished his work in a short time and was very neat about the job.

This company is very unprofessional. They are targeting a single mom who just had to borrow diapers for her child. And yet they are saying I owe money for supposedly having service a year ago. When I never even had service done. I'm not sure how they got my information or if someone is committing fraud but this is ridiculous. They won't even work with me to figure it out. They just want your money. Just watch out is all I'm saying.

Edit: They decided not to take me to the credit agency which is very helpful. So I will be trying to pay it off in the future. Thank you guys.

They were early by a few hours which I usually expect late arrivals with companies. The man Ray knew exactly what he was doing and soon as he got here got right to work. Wasn't even here a full hour, he was fast and our heat is doing the job know. Will definitely use the services again when needed. Also the price wasn't what I was expecting. I thought I'd pay more but it was alot cheaper.. Also the lady who made my appointment was super friendly and definitely seemed happy about her job. She definitely helped me out even though I was having a CPL rough days. But we kept each Other laughing. This was yesterday. I highly recommend this company. So very satisfied!

I like this company a lot since they were very professional and honest! The Tech was also professional and the best part was that they did not rip me off like other companies!

Johnston Heating and Cooling did the final installation of our ductless mini-split system that we purchased on our own. They worked to get us in quickly and were quite a bit more affordable than I thought they were going to be. Overall, I felt like they cared about us as more than just customers. I will be calling them when I have maintenance needs for sure. I highly recommend them.

The Johnston Cooling And Heating team did an excellent job replacing our old heating unit. They were efficient and made sure the job was done right. They are very professional and courteous. They respect your property and make sure to clean up thoroughly when the job is completed. Our family was very satisfied and we are loving our new system.

After 34 years, my previous heatpump finally bit the bullet and I can't say it enough, these guys were the best. My AC stopped working in the middle of summer. I called a few trusted companies for a solution. Most companies were available for urgent appointments in 3 days time. Johnston Heating and Cooling literally showed up one hour after I contacted them. They were exceptional in their response time. Once they arrived, they quickly diagnosed the problem, ran out and grabbed the necessary parts for repair, and resolved my problem all in a short days time. So at 9am I noticed my AC was broken and by 1:30pm my home is properly cooling again. They are honest, hardworking, and professional. They are an awesome company! I had a great experience!
