The service technician replaced a relay in my system. He was professional and completed the installation quickly. He gave me information about my system that was clear and easy to understand.

We couldn’t be happier. The technician offered to come out late on Friday evening if we had really needed it. We chose Saturday morning. He was out here and had it fixed and working within an hour.

Final word,
After going through the mess I related below, I had someone else come to look at my furnace. Toms Heating and Air. The technician was disgusted with the work done by Johnston. Apparently the Johnston tech installed the wrong size nozzle and set the PSI at 160 instead of 140 as written on the side of my furnace. This caused the furnace to pump out more oil than it could burn and caused the oil leak to spew everywhere. Johnston is still silent about my complaint
One month later...
That didn't last. Realized Saturday that my furnace has been leaking oil from where this technician worked on my furnace (Nozzle) The house had been smelling like oil but I thought it was the oil filter. It wasn't. After cleaning the whole area up it could be plainly seen coming from the ignition area. The worst part of this is that when I called, there was no answer, so I left a message. After getting no response even though they state they are open 24 hr, I tried twice again each time going straight to voicemail. I'm still getting heat but the towel I put under where it leaks is soggy and I am not sure if it's safe to run the furnace with oil dripping out of it.

They sent a very kind and knowledgeable technician. The service was thorough and the price was reasonable. I would trust this company for maintenance installation and repair of HVAC systems.

I highly recommend, the guys were very respectful and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves and were conscious of their boots while in my house. My two AC units and air handler work very well.

On a Sunday of all times needing a service call, however called Johnston's and they were there within the hour & didnt seem to mind to be working on a Sunday but service man Kaleb was very courteous and knowledgeable of his job. Definetly recommend them & will call them again when we need service.
